Return Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Returns:
Our policy for all approved returns lasts 5 calendar days. If 5 calendar days have gone by since the confirmed delivery of the order; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will decline the following 2 types of returns:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery without our approval.
What cannot be returned:
1) Items that were damaged due to buyer’s negligence including water damage.
2) Items that we disassembled or torn apart by the buyer.
If your item arrives damaged or is damaged during transit, please notify us at: antydealz@gmail.com within 3 calendar days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange.
Please always provide your order number with all correspondence.
Refunds (if applicable)
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 business days.
* Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again after 1-2 business days you have received our refund email confirmation.
Then contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

* Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are reviewed and accepted in a case by case basis. Not all exchanges will be accepted unless there is a mutual agreement reached between us, the seller, and the buyer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: antydealz@gmail.com
* Shipping
Once your return has been approved and to return your item, please contact us first for a return mailing address at: antydealz@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item (unless the item has arrived defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping fee). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
* Other
